Ibex Applications operates on a make-to-order model, meaning that your products are made when ordered.

The benefit to our customer is not having to keep up with drop dates or and missing out on restocks. The downside to this is a lead time, which is currently three weeks from date of order.

It also helps our team keep better stock and inventory of the raw goods that make up our products. We often beat our own lead time, but sometimes it will take nearly the full two weeks for us to work.

If we're not going to meet the lead time we will reach out via email to notify you.

Products that are not manufactured in house (e.g. CAT TQs, QD Swivels) do have live stock numbers. If your order only consists of these, it will be fulfilled in 2-4 business days.
