Lead Time Policy

Black Friday Orders: Due to increased order volume, our lead time has extended to 3-3.5 weeks. We will have all orders shipped before December 20th.

 

Our standard lead time on all products is two weeks from date of order.

All products are made-to-order and active stock isn't regularly kept.

While we try to beat our own deadline and typically ship within a week, sometimes we need the full two weeks to facilitate material orders and production time.

If we're not going to make the deadline, we'll reach out via email to let you know the situation and what to expect.
